Privacy Policy
What Nzelha collects, why, and what it never does. In short: no accounts, no cookies, no ads, and nothing is sold.
In short
You can use Nzelha without an account. The website sets no cookies and shows no ads, and we never sell your information or share it for advertising. We collect only what's needed to run Nzelha and to understand how it's used.
Visit statistics
When you open a page, Nzelha counts the visit: the page and its language, the approximate location worked out from your internet address (country, region and city), the kind of device, its operating system and browser, the site that linked to us, your screen size and browser language, your network provider, and how long the page was open. We also count what you do in the downloader, such as searches (including the words), the sites of the links you open, and the formats you download.
Your internet address is not stored. Instead you're counted with a code made from it that changes every day, so a visit can't be linked to you or to your visits on other days. No cookies or similar storage are used.
If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, you are not counted at all.
These statistics are kept in Cloudflare's analytics service for about three months, and only the site's owner can see them.
Downloading and searching
The links you paste and the words you search for are sent to Nzelha's download server so it can fetch the video or song for you. The file stays on the server only so you can save it, and is deleted automatically within an hour.
To show search results, your search words are sent to YouTube, SoundCloud or Dailymotion. Thumbnails load directly from those sites, and TikTok videos play in TikTok's own player; when that happens, those sites may receive your internet address under their own privacy policies.
Contact us messages
When you send a message, we receive it with any screenshots, and your name and email if you give them. From the app we also receive the app version, Android version, phone model and language, to help fix problems. Messages reach us by email and are used only to answer you and improve Nzelha. To stop abuse, the number of messages you send is counted using a scrambled form of your internet address that can't be turned back into it.
The Android app
The app downloads files directly on your phone and saves them there. Each time it opens, it checks this website for updates, which tells us your phone model and is counted like a visit. Logins you make in its built-in browser stay on your phone. The app has no ads and no other tracking.
Who helps us run Nzelha
Cloudflare hosts the website and its statistics, Render runs the download server, and Resend delivers Contact us messages. They process data only to provide these services to us.
Children
Nzelha is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
Turn on Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control in your browser to stop being counted. To ask about a message you sent us, or to have it deleted, write to us on the Contact us page.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it here and change the date at the top.
