Terms of Use
The rules for using Nzelha's website and Android app. Please read them, especially the part about copyright.
Agreeing to these terms
By using the Nzelha website (nzelha.pages.dev) or the Nzelha Android app (together, "Nzelha"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Nzelha.
What Nzelha is
Nzelha is a free tool that saves a copy of a publicly available video or song to your own device, from a link you give it or a search you make. It works like a browser's own "save" feature: it does not host, store, publish or share any videos, music or other content, and it keeps no library or catalogue of content.
Nzelha is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X, SoundCloud, Dailymotion or any other site it works with. Their names and trademarks belong to their owners.
You are responsible for what you download
You alone decide what to download with Nzelha, and you alone are responsible for it and for how you use it.
Only download content that you own, that is in the public domain, that its owner offers under a licence that allows it, or that the rights holder has given you permission to download. Downloading or sharing copyrighted content without permission may be illegal where you live.
You must follow the copyright laws that apply to you and the terms of service of the site where the content is published. Some sites don't allow downloads at all.
Nzelha gives you no rights to any content. Downloading something with Nzelha does not mean you may copy, share, upload, sell or show it in public.
Nzelha and its developer do not check, control or approve the content you download, and are not responsible for any copyright infringement or other violation committed by users.
What you may not do
Don't use Nzelha to infringe anyone's copyright or other rights, to download content you have no right to access (for example private, paid or protected content), or for anything illegal. Don't overload or attack the website, the app or the download server, don't try to get around their limits or security, and don't use automated tools to download in bulk.
Copyright complaints
Nzelha does not host content, so the most effective way to remove infringing material is to contact the site where it is published. If you own the rights to content and believe Nzelha is being used to infringe them, send us the links concerned, your contact details and proof that you own the rights on the Contact us page. We review every complaint and may stop Nzelha from processing those links.
No warranty
Nzelha is provided free, "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. It may not work with every link, it may change or stop at any time, and downloads may fail or be incomplete. Sites may change in ways that break Nzelha.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nzelha and its developer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of Nzelha or your inability to use it, including any claim about the content you download or how you use it, loss of data, or harm to your device.
Indemnity
You agree to defend and hold harmless Nzelha and its developer from any claims, losses, damages and costs (including legal fees) arising from your use of Nzelha, from the content you download, or from your breaking these terms or anyone's rights, including copyright.
The Android app
You choose to install the app directly from this website; it is not on Google Play. It updates itself from this website. Logins you make in its built-in browser stay on your phone and are used only to download what you ask for.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; using Nzelha after a change means you accept the new terms.
